Register before anything happens, and the network is already looking. Here’s how pet owners, finders, rescues, technology and people work together to reunite lost pets quickly and safely.

A finder, rescue or shelter adds a found pet, or an owner reports their pet missing.
AI-assisted matching checks the information and images available against registered pets.
The family is put in touch, often before they have made the first call.
Scanning a WaggleTrack tag opens the pet’s profile in the browser. The finder sees their name, photo and the notes you have chosen to share, and can message or call you through a private line. Your number and address stay hidden unless you decide otherwise.
No tag? Share what you know about the pet you’ve found, and the network helps get them identified.
Because every minute matters. If their details are already in the network, you don’t start from zero, and the search can begin the moment a matching pet is reported, sometimes before you even know yours is missing.
When a found or missing pet enters the network, WaggleTrack compares the information and images available against registered pets and flags possible matches.

Usually 5 to 10 business days within the United States and Canada.
